Who We Are
Audiomake ("we," "us," or "our") is an independently operated website based in New York, United States. We curate and index publicly available video content — including public domain films, classic cartoons, vintage documentaries, and TV series — and make them accessible through an organized, user-friendly library.
We do not host, store, upload, or distribute any video files. All video content displayed on this website is embedded directly from YouTube using YouTube's publicly available embed API and iframe player, in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service.
Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve and promote access to public domain cinema and freely available visual media. We believe that classic films, cartoons, and documentaries that have entered the public domain should remain easily accessible to the public for education, entertainment, research, and cultural preservation.
What We Do
We provide a curated index of videos that are freely available on YouTube. Our role is limited to:
• Organizing and categorizing publicly available video content
• Providing descriptive metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) to help users discover content
• Embedding YouTube videos using YouTube's standard, publicly available embed functionality
• Displaying thumbnail images served by YouTube's image service (img.youtube.com)
What We Do Not Do
• We do not host, store, copy, or distribute any video files on our servers
• We do not modify, alter, or re-encode any video content
• We do not circumvent any access controls or digital rights management
• We do not monetize copyrighted content belonging to others
• We do not claim ownership of any third-party content
