2. Description of the Site

Audiomake is a curated index and library of publicly available video content, including public domain films, classic cartoons, TV series, and documentaries. All video content is embedded from YouTube using YouTube's publicly available embed API. We do not host, store, upload, copy, or distribute any video files on our servers.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

The Site's design, layout, text, logos, graphics, and other non-video content created by Audiomake are our intellectual property and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Third-Party Video Content

All video content displayed on the Site is the property of its respective copyright holders or is in the public domain. We do not claim ownership of any video content embedded on the Site. Video content is embedded from YouTube and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

3.3 Public Domain Content

We make a good-faith effort to curate content that is in the public domain under United States copyright law, including works published before 1929, works where copyright was not renewed, and works dedicated to the public domain. However, copyright status can be complex and may vary by jurisdiction. We do not warrant or guarantee the public domain status of any specific work.

Please note that because we do not host video content, in most cases we will remove the link or embed from our Site and direct you to YouTube if the content is hosted on their platform, as YouTube operates its own DMCA process.
